Diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting firm, ReadySet, is partnering with Outfest following their collaboration at Sundance where ReadySet CEO and founder, Y-Vonne Hutchinson hosted an inspirational conversation with Sundance award-winner for KOKOMO CITY, D. Smith. Check out their invigorating discussion on subverting marginalization through authentic storytelling HERE.
The two organizations are reteaming to host an impactful and thought-provoking panel at Second Home in Los Angeles on Tuesday, February 28th at 6:30PM PST (Doors open at 6pm) that will explore how to move from conversation to action when creating inclusive cultures in the entertainment industry. The event will be available to attend in-person and can also be livestreamed via Outfest’s OutMuseum platform on this page you are currently on.
The panel will feature industry changemakers including Angela Harvey (Co-Chair of TTIE and writer on American Horror Stories, Teen Wolf and more), Brandy Curry (Chief of Staff at The Television Academy), Gila Jones (COO of Westbrook) as well as Outfest’s new Director of Artist Development, Martine McDonald and ReadySet’s CEO and founder, Y-Vonne Hutchinson. ReadySet Consultant and Facilitator, Jesse Turk will moderate the discussion.
