Perspectives: Brazilian Transrevolutionaries at the Edge of Democracy
Through conversations with activist Indianare Siqueira (Your Mother's Comfort), director Laura Murray (A Kiss for Gabriela), and director Kiko Goifman (Bixa Travesty), curator Adam Golub brings together varying perspectives - all of whose voices feature in the film section of the exhibit as either subject or filmmaker - to address this pivotal moment in Brazil's history and how transrevolutionary individuals and ideas have shaped the country's past, continue to play a vital role in its present, and will pave the way for its future.
Interview with Kiko Goifman joins the exhibit on October 7.
